Because Cogent UDRs leverage the technology behind Microsoft® Report Builder, you have the ability to set up subscriptions for contacts to receive reports, and set up their frequency and format. In addition, if you're running Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Edition you'll also get the ability to drill down to additional levels of detail with just a click of the mouse. Cogent's open database technology also allows you to use other tools like Crystal Reports® or native SQL to query the data and build reports or extract data.
